Once initial contact has been made, we will sit personally and discuss your requirements for the funeral taking place, and offer our expert advice on all aspects regarding to the funeral.
We will provide you with any information you may need about any local regulations, make arrangements with other people such as the crematorium or local cemetery, members of the clergy (if a religious funeral is requested), or a celebrant / officiant (if a non-religious funeral is requested).
On arranging the funeral, we will provide you with a fully itemised, written estimate of our costs, and also any third party costs (disbursements), that may be incurred.
We will also leave you all our current contact details, so you can ring and discuss the arrangements with your funeral director at any time.
